3. Account Management

3.2 Account Suspension and Closure

db89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

  • Inappropriate conduct toward other users.
  • Attempting to manipulate the system or software.

3.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months. A minimum maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts. The user will be notified by email before any fee is charged.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on db89 will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. The following conditions apply to receiving this bonus:

  • Before withdrawing the bonus amount, a minimum wager of 10x the total of the initial deposit and bonus must be completed.
  • After claiming the bonus, the wagering requirements must be met within the specified time period.
  • The welcome bonus will only be awarded once per account.
  • Multiple people from the same household or on the same device are not eligible for the bonus.

5.2 VIP Program

db89's VIP program has three tiers. Users can move up to higher tiers through regular play:

  • Bronze: up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
  • Silver: up to 1.0% weekly cashback.
  • Gold: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If db89 determines that a user is abusing the bonus system, the platform reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and any winnings obtained from that bonus. db89's decision on any matter relating to bonuses is final.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db89 platform:

  • Any form of fraud, deception, or manipulation.
  • Attempting to hack or manipulate the game software or system.
  • Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games.
  • Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
  • Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  • Unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Using or selling platform content, whether modified or unmodified, elsewhere.
  • Harassment, intimidation, or abusive conduct toward other users.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the prohibited activities above, the account will be immediately closed and all balances will be forfeited.

8. Limitation of Liability

db89 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

  • Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's own negligence.
  • Game interruption caused by internet connection problems.
  • Losses caused by third-party software or technical errors.
  • Problems arising from the user's violation of the laws of their own country.
  • Unforeseen force majeure circumstances.

db89 will not under any circumstances be liable for indirect, incidental, or punitive damages to any user. The platform's total liability in any situation is limited to the amount deposited by the user in the last 30 days.
